An occupied property needs a practical plan
Start by explaining whether the fault prevents normal use of the home: an unusable toilet, a blocked shower or an active leak should be flagged when you call. If tenants or guests are in the property, identify who will meet the plumber and who can approve the work.
For a planned visit, send the exact address and access details. Apartment number, parking instructions and a working contact number are more useful than the town name alone. Discuss any building access requirements before arranging the appointment.
