List the fixtures or rooms needing attention and distinguish essential repairs from improvements you would like to make. Photos of the current installation help explain the starting point. For a rental, include any period when the property will be vacant and the date it needs to be ready.

Discuss which materials you already have and which still need selecting. Confirm supply, removal, plumbing connections and reinstatement rather than assuming every part of a renovation is included. If other trades are involved, identify who is coordinating the work.
